Add 2–4 drops to a diffuser or aroma lamp for a refreshing atmosphere. For aromatic inhalation, place 1 drop on a tissue and inhale.
Topical use (always diluted with carrier oils or emulsifiers):- Add 1–2 drops to a single portion of cream, lotion, or gel.
- Mix 3–4 drops with 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of carrier oil (jojoba, almond, grape seed) for massage.
- For a refreshing bath: mix 3–5 drops with an emulsifier (sea salt, honey, milk) before adding to water.
- For a cooling compress: blend 2–3 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil, apply to a cloth, and place on the desired area.
